delivery & return

Delivery:
We will only dispatch the ordered items once payment has been received. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. For all international orders, packages would normally arrive within 8-9 business days. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a delivery guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Poppy and Jules Ltd is not responsible for any delays.

Delivery Charges:
Shipping charges are as follows:
1-2 pieces: €15
3 pieces and more: €25

Hong Kong delivery is free

We require a signature for any goods delivered at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.

Returns and Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us in writing by sending an email to returns@poppyandjules.com within 5 working days of receiving your order. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging.

Returns
If you wish to return your item and you do not wish to exchange it for a different size and or item, we will send you a Return Number. 

We must receive the returned item within 30 days after the Return Number has been sent out. After the returned item has undergone a quality control check, we will refund the purchase.

Exchange
If you wish to exchange an item, please e-mail us your required size and/or color and we will reserve it for you provided that it is in stock.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. We will provide you with an Exchange Number. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and have undergone a quality control check.

If we dispatched the wrong item or the item sent was defective, we offer a free return service.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.  We recommend that you obtain proof of posting since we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
