Poppy and Jules Ltd makes every possible effort to ensure that the information published on its website is accurate and up to date, but reserves the right to make amendments at any time and without prior notice. Access and use of the website www.poppyandjules.com and the products and services available through this website are subject to the following Terms and Conditions.

Privacy Policy:
Poppy and Jules Ltd collects personal information once you place an order with poppyandjules.com. The information collected to complete your order will be as follows: Your real name, email address, delivery address and telephone number. We will not give or sell this information to another company or person.
For the financial transaction we use PayPal. They will keep your payment details, which will not be disclosed to us.

Orders:
All placed orders are subject to product availability. Information about our products should be regarded as an offer by us to sell the products on that basis. Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email acknowledging your order. This email is not an acceptance of the order but rather a confirmation of the fact that we received your order.

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event that the ordered product is out of stock, the payment was not received, shipping restrictions apply to the product, the item does not satisfy our quality control standard and/or the product is withdrawn or that you do not meet the criteria as set out in these Terms and Conditions.

Payment:
Wire transfers can be made to bank accounts in Hong Kong, Germany and The Netherlands.
Cheques in Hong Kong can be made payable to Poppy & Jules Ltd.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express via PayPal.

Prices:
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice, until the order has been accepted by Poppy and Jules Ltd and both parties have agreed upon the contents of the agreement. 

Duties:
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient

Delivery:
We will only dispatch the ordered items once payment has been received. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. For all international orders, packages would normally arrive within 7-8 business days. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a delivery guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Poppy and Jules Ltd is not responsible for any delays.

Delivery Charges:
Shipping charges are as follows:
1-2 pieces: €15
3 pieces and more: €25

Hong Kong delivery is free

We require a signature for any goods delivered at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.

Returns and Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us in writing by sending an email to returns@poppyandjules.com within 5 working days of receiving your order. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging.

Returns
If you wish to return your item and you do not wish to exchange it for a different size and or item, we will send you a Return Number. 

We must receive the returned item within 30 days after the Return Number has been sent out. After the returned item has undergone a quality control check, we will refund the purchase.

Exchange
If you wish to exchange an item, please e-mail us your required size and/or colour and we will reserve it for you provided that it is in stock.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. We will provide you with an Exchange Number. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and have undergone a quality control check.

If we dispatched the wrong item or the item sent was defective, we offer a free return service.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.  We recommend that you obtain proof of posting since we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Website use and access:
You must not use our website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website; or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.

You must not use our website to transmit or send unsolicited commercial communications.

You must not use our website for any commercial purposes.
